  • What are your shipping options?
    We ship to the United Kingdom, Gibraltar and Ireland. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 48 hours. Orders shall be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    As of April 2024, we are no longer be able to offer international shipping services. The regulatory landscape following Brexit has presented significant challenges that make it impractical for us to continue offering international shipping at this time. We understand that this news may come as a disappointment to our international customers, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we explored all possible avenues to find a solution that would allow us to continue serving our global community of customers.
  • When can I expect my magazine to arrive?
    You can expect your order to arrive two to five working days after posting
 In order to keep our prices down we don’t track the items we send out, and if a delivery is delayed, we ask customers to wait for ten working days before contacting our support team to request a replacement delivery.
  • I haven’t received my magazine. What can I do?
    Oh no! We work hard to ensure your magazine is sent out swiftly and securely. If you have not received your delivery in the timescales as above, please email hello@club71.co.uk
  • Are all Club71 articles available on club71.com?
    No. The magazine has exclusive feature-length content. Ensure you don’t miss out by ordering here
  • What is your return policy?
    We regret that we can only accept refunds in the event that your item has arrived incorrect, faulty or defective. If so, please contact us at hello@club71.co.uk within 14 days and we shall offer you a replacement or a full refund, subject to investigation.
